Can a foreign national obtain a student residence permit in Türkiye?
Foreign nationals enrolled in eligible higher education programs may apply for student residence under Turkish immigration rules. The decision rests with the competent authorities.
Does a student residence permit automatically grant the right to work?
No. A student residence permit alone does not grant the right to work. Students cannot work in their first year; from the second year onwards, they may work up to 24 hours per week after obtaining the required work permit.
Does my company have to be an education agency?
No. Companies working in recruitment, immigration, relocation, visas, real estate, caregiving and human resources, as well as other businesses, may apply for a partnership, subject to approval.
Can we earn commission?
Approved partners may receive the agreed commission for successfully enrolled students in accordance with the partnership terms.
Is a student visa always required?
Not in every case. Visa and entry requirements vary by nationality and circumstances; the current process must be confirmed before travel.
