Find And Study provides digital and consultancy services in the fields of educational consulting, application guidance, university application support, accommodation, health insurance, transfer, translation, and similar services.

Delivery

The purchased services are not physical products; they are provided digitally and/or as consultancy services. Service delivery may be carried out through the following methods:

• information provided via email,
• access through an online system,
• initiation of the application process,
• document review and consultancy support,
• support via phone, WhatsApp, or online meetings.

The start time of the service depends on the type of service purchased and on the user’s complete and accurate submission of the required information and documents.

Refund

Since the purchased service is in the nature of a digital service and/or consultancy service, no refund may be granted once the performance of the service has begun.

Refunds may not be available in the following cases:

• the consultancy service has already started,
• the application process has already been opened,
• document review or evaluation has already been carried out,
• personalized information or guidance has already been provided to the user,
• the user voluntarily withdraws from the process.

If the service has not yet started, refund requests will be evaluated separately.

If any payments have been made to universities, insurance providers, accommodation providers, official institutions, or other third parties, the refund of such payments shall be subject to the rules of the relevant institutions.
