Distance Sales Agreement

Seller Information

Buyer

The buyer is the natural or legal person who purchases services through the website. The information declared during the order and payment process shall be taken as the basis.

Subject

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the conditions regarding the provision of educational consultancy, application support, document guidance, accommodation, insurance, transfer, translation, and similar services purchased electronically by the buyer through the website.

Nature of the Service

The services offered are not physical products; they are in the nature of digital content, application support, and consultancy services.

Payment

The service fee is the amount stated on the payment page. Once the buyer completes the payment transaction, they shall be deemed to have accepted the scope and price of the purchased service.

Provision of the Service

In order for the service to be carried out properly, the buyer must provide accurate information and submit the necessary documents/information on time.

Withdrawal and Refund

Liability

The seller shall not be directly responsible for delays, rejections, or procedural differences arising from universities, official institutions, visa processes, insurance companies, accommodation providers, or other third parties.

Effectiveness

By making a payment and/or purchasing the service, the buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this agreement.
