How the Application Works

Submit your diploma, transcript, passport, photograph and any language certificate through the application portal.
Receive conditional pre-acceptance
Issued after an initial academic review. It states your programme, intake period and deposit terms.
Pay the deposit, send the receipt
Pay the university deposit, then upload the payment receipt so we can verify it against your file.
Get your final acceptance letter
This is the document you use for your student visa application, where one is required.
Apply for your student visa
Apply as early as possible. Keep copies of every letter and receipt.
Enrol at the university
Register on the announced dates with your original documents and certified Turkish translations where requested.
Send your student certificate
Upload a copy of your student certificate so we can finalise your file.
Admission complete
Your case is closed in the portal and your place is confirmed.

Language Requirements
You can apply without a language certificate.
Applicants who do not yet meet the required level take a one-year preparatory course before starting Year 1.

How exemptions work

The preparatory year
- Typically one academic year; some universities offer intensive semester options
- You advance to Year 1 after meeting the required exit level
- The prep year is in addition to the official programme length — plan visa, residence and budget accordingly

How much is tuition?
Most four-year bachelor’s programmes cost roughly USD 2,000–6,000 per year. Specialised fields such as Medicine can reach USD 44,000. The deposit is usually around USD 1,000.
Can I apply without an English certificate?
Yes. Universities offer a one-year preparatory course, and you may be exempted if you pass the university’s proficiency exam or hold an accepted certificate.
Is the preparatory year always required?
No. A valid language certificate or a passed proficiency exam can exempt you.
My university is not in Türkiye. Can I still apply for a master’s or PhD?
