Yes! If you are in one of the following situations, you can benefit from the international student quota and study at university with only a diploma.

If you are a citizen of another country by birth
If you have completed your entire secondary education abroad, even though you are Turkish
If you have dual nationality, provided your first nationality is foreign
If you have a Blue Card

• We charge a consultancy fee for state universities. Our consultancy fee varies depending on the university and programme.
  We draw up a contract for the university we have agreed with you, we receive half of the consultancy fee together with your documents.
  We collect the remaining payment and send you the letter of acceptance on the date specified in the contract.
  Finally, you go to register at your university with the Final Acceptance Certificate we have received for you and the originals of your documents.

• We do not charge a consultation fee for private universities. In addition to our free advice, we offer you the opportunity to enrol at a discount of up to 70%.
  You send us the documents listed below and we receive the pre-acceptance letter from the university for you.
  You pay the deposit mentioned in the pre-acceptance letter into the university's bank account and send us the receipt.
  Finally, you go to register at your university with the Final Acceptance Certificate we have received for you and the originals of your documents.
