The safety of our dormitory building against earthquake risk has been approved. There is an automatic fire safety and extinguishing system in all buildings and rooms. The entire building and common areas are secured by a camera recording and monitoring system. Our competent security personnel work 24/7 in our dormitory. Entrance and exits to the dormitory are carried out under the supervision of an eye recognition system and an attendant. - Laundry Service
In our dormitory, there is a laundry with a large capacity to meet the laundry needs of the students and our students are provided with washing, drying and ironing services by our professional cleaning staff. - Uninterrupted Hot Water
With the central heating system, all dormitories and rooms have 24-hour hot water. Water shortages are prevented with the existing and sufficient water tank against water cuts. - Super Fast Internet Access

Cleaning and hygiene are the main features of Piyale Park Student Dormitories. All buildings, floors and common areas are regularly cleaned every day and rooms are cleaned twice a week by our professional cleaning staff. - Maintenance and Repair Service
Our professional team provides full service and support during working hours for the maintenance and repair requirements of our rooms and interior materials.
